All orders are handmade and can take some time to complete. Please be patient as all orders are completed in the order they're received. If there is a delay or large volume, we will let you know!
Printing & Shipping
All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Lead times can vary depending on volume of orders. All orders are processed in order received.
All B3 Social cards are shipped in a small bubble mailer, unless it's a large custom order.
Payment
All payments must be made in advanced at checkout. Most major credit cards are accepted as well as PayPal. (PayPal Fees apply)
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unfortunately, we do NOT accept returns. These cards are custom designed, handmade and packed in a sealed package. If there are any issues, please reach out to us.
Once a package has been shipped, it's no longer in our control. For issues regarding lost or stolen mail; sent us a message and reach out to your local post office. We'll do our best to help and if needed send replacements.
